تهدف هذه الفرصة الوظيفية الرسمية في مدينة شتوتغارت إلى استقطاب أخصائي تمريض (Pflegefachkraft) للانضمام إلى الفريق الطبي في المستشفى / مركز الرعاية، حيث يتولى الموظف تقديم الرعاية التمريضية الشاملة والمباشرة للمرضى وفق أعلى المعايير الطبية المعتمدة في ألمانيا.

Key Core Responsibilities:

✓تشمل المسؤوليات اليومية متابعة الحالة الصحية للمرضى، وإدارة وتوزيع الأدوية والمحاليل الطبية حسب توجيهات الأطباء المعالجين، بالإضافة إلى تقديم الدعم الرعائي اليومي وتوثيق كافة الإجراءات والعمليات التمريضية بدقة في الأنظمة الرقمية المخصصة.

✓يتطلب العمل التعاون الفعال مع الفريق الطبي متعدد التخصصات لضمان سلامة المرضى وتقديم خطة علاجية متكاملة، إلى جانب التواصل المهني مع أسر المرضى وتقديم الدعم الإنساني والنفسي اللازم لهم أثناء فترة العلاج.
